Tradeshow Vendor Information 

Event Details

The Rochester Holiday Tradeshow will take place from 2:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center located at 123 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604.

Hotel Information

NYSLSA has reserved a block of rooms for October 12 for Tradeshow participants. Reservations can be made easily on the Hyatt Regency website two months prior to the event. 

Vendor Manual

The Vendor manual will provide you with everything you need to know about services offered to you above and beyond what you receive with your booth purchase, including information on INTALLATION, SHOW HOURS, and DISMANTELING. Set-Up Schedule

The tradeshow space will be accessible for full set-up at 8:00am on October 12. If you have opted to ship products, they will be delivered to your respective booth prior to 8:00am on October 12.    

Booth Details

Booths consist of a 10ft table, 8ft pipe and drape back drop, signage, ice, two chairs and access to electricity if previously requested in your registration form. Please let the NYSLSA office know by 10/1/17 if you have any special needs.  

Glassware

NYSLSA will be providing each attendee with one 8oz wine glass as they enter the tradeshow.  

Food and Beverage

Full buffet stations will be strategically placed throughout the tradeshow areas for the duration of the event and are open to all sponsors and vendors. There will also be water stations placed throughout.

Tasting Permits

Obtaining tasting permits are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Questions or concerns regarding tasting permits should be directed to the New York State Liquor Authority at 518.474.3114.  

Hotel Reservation Information

NYSLSA has reserved a block of rooms for October 11-12 for Tradeshow participants. Reservations can be made easily on the Hyatt website two months prior to the event. 

Payment

Payment to the New York State Liquor Store Association must be received by October 1, 2017. Payment can be made via check or credit card. NYSLSA reserves the right to sell registered booths not paid for after October 1, 2017.  Advertisement Deadline: All advertisements must be submitted by September 25, 2017  to ensure publication in the event program and should be submitted to: nyslsa@caphill.com. Please put Tradeshow Advertisement in the subject line of the email. All advertisements are full color and sizes are as follows:    

Full Page: 7.5”x10”Half Page: 7.5”x4.75”  Quarter Page: 3.5”x4.75 

Full Page: $1,000 Half Page: $750, Quarter Page: $350 

*All Images must be high resolution - at least 300 dpi*

Transportation

NYSLSA is not responsible for the transportation needs of Tradeshow participants and asks that transportation and/or lodging accommodations be made prior to the event. NYSLSA does not condone drinking and driving and urges all participants to either reserve a room at the Hyatt Hotel or coordinate a designated driver if you will be consuming alcohol.
