WEDNESDAY, MAY 24TH
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Opening Cocktail Party | Crescent Courtyard
Join us for a golfer and sponsor appreciation party with tasty hors d'oeuvres, four tasting tables showcasing new summer products, and an open bar! Connect with industry peers before hitting the casino floor for a night of fun. 

THURSDAY, MAY 25TH 
8:30 AM - 10:30 AM:
Golfer Registration and Breakfast | Shenandoah Clubhouse Patio
Check in with the NYSLSA staff and fuel up for the day with a hearty breakfast. Complimentary Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar included! 

11:00 AM: Shotgun Start | Shenandoah & Kaluhyat Courses
Tee time! Enjoy a boxed lunch delivered to you directly on the course and two drink tickets per golfer redeemable on the beverage cart. Due to circumstances beyond NYSLSA's control, there will be no tasting tables on the course this year. 

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour | Shenandoah Clubhouse Patio
Relax with light snacks and an open bar after finishing your round. Fresh rolled cigars will be available as well as tasting tables to discover new products.

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner & Awards | Shenandoah Clubhouse Patio & Ballroom
End the day with a tasty buffet dinner as we celebrate our 2023 Sip & Scramble champions and recognize the great work our industry does! 


PRICING

A foursome costs $1,400.00 and includes the following: 

  • Golf for Four 
  • Opening Reception at the Crescent Courtyard on Wednesday, May 24th
  • Breakfast at the Clubhouse 
  • Lunch delivered to you on the course
  • 2 drink tickets per golfer for use on the beverage carts 
  • Cocktail Hour on the Clubhouse Patio 
  • Buffet Dinner 

Single golfers and twosomes can also register using the form below. Single golfer registration is $350.00 twosomes are $700.00.

Tickets purchased in advance will be distributed at golf check-in. Pending availability, additional tickets may also be for sale at check-in. The drawing will be held during dinner – winner need not be present to win!


ACCOMODATIONS

A limited room block is available on Wednesday & Thursday night for $233.00/night in the tower and $329.00/night in the lodge. Call 1-800-771-7711 and mention the New York State Liquor Store Association Block by Monday, May 1st to reserve.

All liquor retail store owners/employees, restaurant, and tavern owners, managers are welcome to attend.
